The Riverina Anglican College (TRAC) Stage 3 - Junior School
ICG Construction Group is proud to reflect on our pivotal role in the successful completion of the TRAC Stage 3 Project. Our role as Head Contractor in this extensive undertaking involved collaboration with trusted local subcontractors, including those within our group, Plastamasta Wagga + Riverina Steel Frames and ICG Fleming. Together, we have constructed a complex yet architecturally significant structure.
We are especially grateful to our repeat client, Anglican Diocese of Canberra and Goulburn, for entrusting us with another of their projects. Their confidence in our abilities served as a constant motivation for us to deliver a top-quality result. Also, we extend our appreciation to Colliers, our client’s project managers, whose keen oversight and leadership ensured the project's successful and timely completion.
One of the key architectural highlights of the TRAC Stage 3 Project was the cantilevered roof, a design feature that required precision and technical expertise to execute. The spectacular glulam structure added a unique aesthetic element to the design, showcasing our commitment to incorporating innovative materials and techniques.
The project also involved the construction of complex curved walls and multi roof levels, demanding meticulous planning and execution from our team. Large spanning cavity sliders were installed, enhancing both the functionality and visual appeal of the space.
Despite these complexities, we are proud to have completed the project efficiently in just eight months, testament to the dedication and hard work of our project and site management teams. Our appreciation also extends to all subcontractors, whose skills and commitment greatly contributed to the project's success.
The TRAC Stage 3 Project stands as an affirmation of ICG Construction Group's dedication to quality, precision, and innovation in construction. We look forward to bringing these values to future projects, working in partnership with our esteemed clients and partners.
