Charles Sturt University | Syngenta Tenancy Fitout

ICG Construction Group were engaged following a select competitive tender to undertake fit out and associated base building works on Building 229 (Graham Building) in association with preparing Building 411 for commercial lease to Syngenta Seedcare Institute.

PROJECT SCOPE

  • Remedial works to water and mould damage in building

  • Demolition, alterations and make good of existing base building to accept new fitout

  • New solid walls and replacement of ceiling tiles; make good of existing ceiling grid to accept new tiles

  • New roller shutter and structural alterations required to accept new shutter

  • Installation of all new solid core doors and door hardware to meet code

  • Isolation and removal of redundant hydraulic lines and fit off of new plumbing fixtures

  • New mechanical units and introduction of fresh air

  • New Gallagher card reader security access system

  • Supply and installation of fixed custom joinery, sanitary fixtures and FF&E

  • Provision of new internal finishes
